1 burger bun
1 lamb patty
1 tbsp barbecue sauce
1 tbsp mint sauce
1 handful lettuce, shredded
3 slices yellow onion
1. Slice the burger bun in half and grill on a non-stick pan.
2. Flip the patty on the non-stick pan, two minutes on each side and then another minute more.
3. Pile the bottom part of the bun with lettuce, onion, mint sauce, patty, barbecue sauce and top with the other half of the bun.
