What is Macao Chicken?
A premium and limited supply breed of free-range chicken fed with their staple food of horse grass/macao (马草) and corn, enhancing the natural sweetness, flavour and aroma of the chicken. Due to it’s diet, the flesh is naturally flavourful and smooth.
Their signature MaCao chicken rice, which uses free range Macao chicken and this special diet produces chickens that are tastier. Personally try it, and I’m loving it as it is really good, the chicken meat is so tender and juicy. The chicken rice serve together with their chilli sauce, soy sauce and ginger sauce.
